Job Description Job Description · Perform basic statistical calculations using average, standard deviation, and range. · Complete all required testing, document, and evaluate results timely on multiple lines. · Must evaluate weight control and attribute chart data; perform capable studies. · Must understand customer specifications stated in quality documents. · Communicate with all levels of employees on daily production plan. · Maintain communication with other departments and employees to notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production. · Assist QA Supervisor during new product start-ups or special projects as needed. · Adhere to food safety and quality system requirements by committing to meet all pertinent regulatory, customer and SQF requirements. · Must utilize continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes. · Follow Good Manufacturing Practices. · Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. · Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
