Operator Pay: $17–$21/hr (Entry level to 2 years experience;
negotiable for setup/programming) Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM
preferred) or 2nd Shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) Location: Arlington
Heights, IL Type: Temp to Hire Requirements: Resume, interview, and
authorization to work in the U.S. Entry-level candidates with
manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply! Our client is a
leader in precision grinding and honing, serving the hydraulic,
aerospace, medical, and automotive industries. They are growing and
looking for CNC / Grinder Machine Operators to join their team.
What You’ll Do: - Set up and operate CNC and/or manual ID grinding
machines - Monitor operations and make adjustments to maintain
quality - Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and conformance to
specifications - Work with leads and quality teams to meet
production goals - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean
work area What We’re Looking For: - High school diploma or
equivalent - CNC/ID grinding experience or entry-level candidates
with a manufacturing background - Ability to read basic drawings
and use measuring tools/gages - Basic math skills and strong
attention to detail - Ability to stand for extended periods
