As a vital part of our healthcare team, you will administer respiratory therapy and provide education, evaluation, and treatment to help patients improve their lung function and overall health. Our Respiratory Therapists are essential in the management of patients with chronic lung diseases and those who need life support. Assess and monitor patient respiratory functions and progress. Administer treatments like aerosol medications, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to design and implement individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and families on lung health and conditions, as well as techniques to facilitate breathing. Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in the rehabilitation and recovery of patients with chronic lung diseases or those recovering from injuries or surgeries. Proficient in the use of modern respiratory care equipment Excellent patient management and communication skills Ability to perform under stress in emergency situations Expertise in pulmonary rehabilitation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
