Job Description:

Constellation, a pioneering energy corporation offering a mix of power solutions including natural gas, renewable energy, and energy management services, is looking to expand its engineering team by adding a dedicated Fuels Engineer. This role focuses on optimizing fuel usage and improving the sustainability of fuel sources across all our operations in the United States. The right candidate will employ innovative approaches to enhance fuel efficiency and cut down on emissions, aligning with our commitment to eco-friendly energy solutions. Analyze and improve fuel consumption and procurement practices. Work closely with supply chain to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of fuel supplies. Develop and implement advanced technologies and processes for fuel management. Collaborate with environmental scientists to minimize impacts on ecosystems and comply with governmental regulations. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and compliance records concerning fuel usage. Assess and implement renewable and alternative energy sources for integration. Conduct fuel quality and performance testing. Support company-wide initiatives towards carbon neutrality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in fuel technology and related software. Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards in the energy sector. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Certification in Energy Management (CEM) is beneficial.
