Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). At

Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill
patients. Monitor patient health and progress using sophisticated
medical equipment. Administer medications and treatments safely and
effectively. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
formulate individualized care plans. Educate patients and their
families on treatment plans and health management. Maintain
accurate patient records and comply with all legal and hospital
guidelines. Participate in continuous educational opportunities to
hone skills and stay current with healthcare practices. Proficient
in using electronic health records and medical software. Skilled in
critical care nursing techniques and emergency response. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and
effective in high-pressure situations. Capable of critical thinking
and swift decision-making. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. Certification in Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Certification as
a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) preferred but not
required.
