Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A Social Worker is
needed to provide dedicated support for high school students within
a leave contract from April 1 to May 26, 2026. This on-site
position involves managing a high school caseload and delivering
essential social work services to support student well-being and
success. Location: Round Lake, IL (at a local high school) Key
Responsibilities: Manage and support the social work caseload for
high school students Address social, emotional, and behavioral
challenges affecting student performance and well-being Collaborate
with school staff, families, and external resources to develop and
implement individualized interventions Conduct assessments and
provide counseling services as needed Maintain accurate
documentation in compliance with school and district policies
Qualifications: Valid PEL (Professional Educator License) required
Proof of degree in Social Work or related field Experience in
school social work, particularly at the high school level,
preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
work on-site full time during contract period (35 hours per week)
Contract Details: Leave position, contract duration from April 1 to
May 26, 2026 Full-time, on-site role with no remote or hybrid work
