$70,000 - $120,000 DOE (plus uncapped commission) Schedule: M - F
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven LTL Retail
Sales Executive to join our growing team! In this energetic role,
you will spearhead business development efforts, manage key
accounts, and drive sales growth within the Less Than Truckload
(LTL) retail sector. Your passion for outside sales, customer
engagement, and territory management will help expand our market
presence and strengthen client relationships. This position offers
an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in B2B sales,
marketing, and technical solutions to deliver exceptional value to
our retail partners. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales
plans to target retail clients within assigned territories,
focusing on LTL logistics solutions. Conduct proactive outside
sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and
face-to-face meetings to identify new business opportunities.
Manage existing accounts through regular communication, tailored
product demos, upselling strategies, and exceptional customer
service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Lead
negotiations on contracts and pricing with retail partners,
ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term
growth. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales
activities, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze market trends
for informed decision-making. Collaborate with marketing teams to
develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness
and generate new leads. Provide detailed analysis of sales
performance metrics, customer feedback, and market conditions to
refine strategies and maximize results. Qualifications Proven
experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management
within retail or logistics sectors. Strong skills in negotiation,
account management, and customer service with a focus on building
lasting relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as
Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, and
direct sales techniques including cold calling. Excellent
communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product
demos and presentations. Knowledge of technology sales or technical
products related to logistics is a plus. Ability to analyze market
data for strategic planning and decision-making. Self-motivated
with a proactive approach to managing territory sales activities
