country. As a Sr. Inside Sales Team Manager, you’ll play a key role
in driving Quill’s growth by leading a high?performing inside sales
team, shaping sales strategy, and elevating customer experience.

dynamic and collaborative organization. What you’ll be doing: •
Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to maximize
performance and productivity. • Develop and implement effective
sales strategies aligned to business and market needs. • Set and
monitor sales targets, KPIs, and activity metrics to ensure team
success. • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends,
opportunities, and improvement areas. • Conduct consistent call
coaching sessions and crucial conversations to support development.
• Attend customer appointments, account reviews, and trade shows as
needed. • Leverage systems, tools, and reporting to meet
deliverables and drive operational excellence. • Maintain strong
communication with business partners and leaders at all
organizational levels. • Support hiring, onboarding, and
development of new associates. • Provide performance reporting,
insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. What you bring
to the table: • Strong ability to manage and inspire a remote
inside sales team. • Proven results?oriented mindset with
motivation driven by growth and career opportunity. • Advanced
selling, negotiation, and communication skills. • Strong leadership
abilities including mentoring, coaching, and talent development. •
High level of business acumen with the ability to strategize and
execute effectively. • Excellent computer and technology skills,
including Salesforce proficiency. • Entrepreneurial,
solutions?oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a
fast?paced environment. • A passion for recruiting, developing, and
retaining high?performing sales talent. • Collaborative mindset
with strong problem?solving abilities. • Commitment to fostering an
inclusive, positive team culture. What’s needed – Basic
Qualifications: • 4 years of sales experience. • 1 years of sales
management experience. What’s needed – Preferred Qualifications: •
Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience overseeing a team of 10
inside sales professionals. • Background working in B2B sales,
managing KPIs and revenue goals of $80M–$100M. • Experience
navigating fast?growth or highly dynamic sales environments.
Advanced selling and negotiation capabilities. • Strong verbal and
written communication skills. • Experience coaching, mentoring, and
developing sales personnel. • High level of business acumen and
strategic thinking. • Excellent computer skills and strong
technology competence. • Experience using Salesforce (advanced
user). • Demonstrated results?orientation with ability to meet and

this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be
influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's
experience, skill set, education, business considerations,
