Job Description:
Constellation, a leading energy company, is looking for a
dedicated and proactive Account Executive to join our dynamic sales
team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our mission to
provide innovative energy solutions, ranging from power and natural
gas to renewable energy and energy management. You will build
meaningful relationships with customers, identify their energy
needs, and develop tailored solutions that align with our
sustainable energy practices. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales
territory. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and
support to meet those needs. Present and sell company products and
services to new and existing customers. Prepare and execute a
strategic business plan to achieve assigned quota. Collaborate with
sales teams and other departments to optimize sales efforts. Attend
industry-specific networking events and participate in relevant
workshops to stay up-to-date with market trends. Report and provide
feedback to management using financial and CRM tools. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate
and work with high profile clients. Experience in B2B sales,
particularly in the energy sector. Effective time management and
organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of
a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or equivalent preferred. Knowledge
of energy markets and renewable energy certificates is a plus.
