Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a
motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales
team. At Constellation, we power millions of homes and businesses
across the U.S., offering a comprehensive range of energy
solutions, including natural gas, electricity, and renewable energy
services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute
directly to our growth and champion sustainable energy initiatives
in a dynamic and competitive market. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with new and existing clients to expand our market
presence. Identify and target potential business opportunities
through effective networking and industry research. Negotiate
contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while
maintaining Constellation's standards of sustainability and ethical
conduct. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute
business strategies that align with company goals. Prepare and
deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders that clearly
communicate the benefits and value of our energy solutions. Monitor
market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements to
our offerings and processes. Ensure client satisfaction through
continuous feedback and proactive resolution of any issues. Strong
negotiation and closing skills Excellent interpersonal and
networking abilities Deep understanding of the energy market and
current trends Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
