Job Description:
Johnson Controls is seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Smart
Building Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this
role, you will be at the forefront of promoting innovative HVAC
technologies and smart building solutions that enhance comfort,
efficiency, and sustainability of buildings. You will engage with a
diverse range of customers, from building owners to contractors,
providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. This
position requires a keen understanding of HVAC systems, an ability
to navigate complex sales cycles, and a passion for driving
technological advancements in the building materials industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and
existing customers by providing expert knowledge and exceptional
service. Identify opportunities for sales and business growth by
actively seeking new projects and leads within the territory.
Deliver presentations and proposals that effectively communicate
the value and benefits of Johnson Controls’ smart building
solutions. Work collaboratively with engineering and project
management teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately
met. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and
advancements in technology to provide customers with the most
current solutions. Achieve sales targets and objectives as
established by the sales management team. Proficiency in HVAC
systems and their application in smart building solutions Strong
negotiation and interpersonal communication skills Ability to
manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Technical proficiency with sales and CRM software Understanding of
building codes, compliance standards, and industry regulations
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certification from the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating
and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) is preferred. Sales or
technical certifications related to building management systems or
HVAC technologies.
