The National Sales Training Manager at Uline is responsible for managing Sales Trainers at all locations, along with the Sales Training program.Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.Position Responsibilities

  • Manage sales trainers at Uline's branches and sales offices.
  • Develop programs that focus on superior product knowledge, account management, territory management, communication skills and whole business knowledge.
  • Anticipate team needs through observation and weekly communication with partners.
  • Hold partners accountable by setting strong plans, using clear and consistent communication and developing rapport.
  • Ensure all new employees receive a world-class onboarding experience.
  • Maintain strong competitor, product and sales knowledge to help educate all employees.
  • Provide recommendations on training and talent development approaches (onboarding, learning, engagement and performance) to senior leaders and executives.
  • Facilitate training, host annual leadership meetings and coordinate all training events across the company.
  • Create training materials used for product knowledge, account / territory management, leadership and employee development.
  • Work closely with Marketing, HR, Quotes and Customer Service departments to ensure sales employees receive best-in-class training.
  • Conduct joint calls with sales employees.Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 5+ years sales experience, with 3+ years management / leadership experience.
    • Strong product and selling skills knowledge.
    • Available for travel to Uline's domestic and international locations.
