As the Dealer Sales Support Manager, your primary responsibility is leading the Dealer Sales Support teams for the Case IH and New Holland North American brands. This role is accountable for coaching the team, managing inside sales and dealer support activities and optimizing the team's workload within a CRM Platform and the Call Center. Additionally, the manager develops and delivers key metrics as required from the commercial organizations around work volumes, turn efficiency, request types, trends, dealer satisfaction, etc.

DSS Manager Responsibilities (70% - Primary):

Provide leadership coaching to drive process and performance improvements around incident resolution
Identify and implement best practices for commercial brand support to our two dealer channels
Onboarding of new employees and training/development for existing team members
Generate and share key metrics: Monitor incident backlog, aging, distribution, dealer satisfaction and other metrics as necessary to adjust actions
Ensure team and individual performance aligns to the commercial objectives
Represent the DSS team business requirements and perspective for key initiatives or system implementations
Recommend and communicate system and process changes or improvements to the Commercial Services and ICT Systems teams

Other DSS Responsibilities (30% - As Needed):

Manage and resolve any incidents assigned
Provide product information and availability, assistance to dealers on ordering and managing equipment, and order/delivery status updates
Work with Plants on order Issues, configuration changes in SAP
Review and issue debits or credits to dealers based on unit compatibility, correct Invoices, bill out company inventory to dealers
Assist with program and settlement inquiries
Serve as Salesforce SME for Dealer Sales Support function
Other special projects as assigned
This position pays $101,000 - $179,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or similar field
10+ years of business operations experience
2+ years of business reporting systems (i.e., SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
2+ years of indirect or direct supervisory/management experience
Ability to travel up to 10%
