Join our team as a Facilities Lead to help keep our buildings beautiful and a wonderful place to work. Position Responsibilities

• Plan preventative maintenance, budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Schedule, assign and perform carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating / ventilation, roofing, inspection and security duties.
• Monitor landscaping, office, janitorial, housekeeping and security performance and cleanliness.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot any issues.
• Assist with construction project management.
• Keep an accurate record of all maintenance requests electronically.
• Prepare reports for management review. Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with MEP, landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.
  • Previous warehouse facilities / "hands-on" management experience preferred.
  • Some weekend and evening work. Benefits
