Taking our tech to new levels! Join us as a Desktop Support Technician to ensure Uline's warehouse, call center and surrounding sales offices are properly equipped with the technology needed to support our growth as North America's top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials!

Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
Position Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain printers, computers, audio / visual and mobile devices.
• Install and maintain hardware, software, peripheral equipment, network cabling and cables at workstations and data cabinets.
• Help with employee cubicle and building moves.
• Maintain accounts and permissions, including responding to and resolving user support requests.
• Perform inventory audits and manage equipment check-ins.
  Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of prior experience supporting PCs and printers preferred.
  • A+ and / or MCSA Certification preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows and Office, Active Directory and WMS support devices.
  • Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
