Our state of the art facility is in a clean, bright and climate-controlled warehouse environment. After your 90 day probation period, (offerings are dependent upon the role, work schedule) you will be able to participate in great benefits to include:Healthcare (medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs)Maternity and Paternal Leave401(k) savings plan (with up to 5% Company match)Gainsharing Bonus paid out quarterlyPaid Time Off (up to 16 days in year one)Holiday pay opportunitiesOn-the-job training and skills developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition ReimbursementOnsite GymMuch More!What Will You Do?Assemble fixture doors: Place brackets,gaskets and siliconePrepare sub-assemblies for installationAttach door to completed housing assembly:apply proper labels when applicableperform secondary testapply silicone to seal fixtureprepare for final product packagingLearn how to wire fixtures:Understand proper location of electrical components within the housingidentify and connect power sources to LED moduleswire multi-circuit fixturesscan power sources and LED modules for product integrityperform functional test using quality systems and software.Where applicable, verify correct program is being used for robotic application of silicone and/or thermal paste.Perform other duties as assigned.Required SkillsAbility to understand and apply electrical wiring knowledgeAbility to constantly stand up for an entire 8 - 10 hour shiftAbility to twist/turn, stoop/bend, push/pull frequentlyAbility to read, write, count, and perform basic math accuratelyAbility to learn and operate hand and pneumatic assembly tools:continuity tester, voltage test fixture, pneumatic hand tools, rivet machine, power stapler, drill press, heat staking machine, heat guns, wire stripperAbility to use computerized quality assurance tools (Scanner, tester, touch screen computer)Ability to work with your hands to directly manipulate small component to directly manipulate small componentsFlexibility to occasionally work mandatory overtime to meet production goalsPreferred Skills 6 months of similar manufacturing experience preferredAbout LegrandEvery single day, Legrand brings power, light and data to millions of spaces around the world.
