packages for our Team Members.Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance
Technician is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through
timely, in-depthtroubleshooting and repair.The Maintenance
Technician performs troubleshooting and repair of allproduction
equipment including injection molders, blow molders,
fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers,conveyors, palletizers, and
stretch wrappers.The Maintenance Technician also
performstroubleshooting and repair of facilities and auxiliary
equipment, such as chillers, air compressors,Reverse Osmosis, other
water filtration equipment and general maintenance of the plant.The
Maintenance Technician works directly with machine Operators,
Supervisors, Preventative MaintenanceMechanics and Sr. Maintenance
Technicians to resolve mechanical issues that arise during
shift.TheMaintenance Technician proposes solutions to complex and
reoccurring problems on productionequipment to Sr. Mechanics and
Management to resolve issues.Essential FunctionsTroubleshoot
mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using
schematics, technicaldrawings and testing equipmentRepair
equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at
facilityModify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment in
accordance with Niagara's defined processesMaintain industrial
control systemsWork independently and with other team members to
complete repairs in a safe and timely mannerMay fill in for
production operator as neededCreate and report repairs throughout
shift.Complete required work order paperwork, document partsand
material usageUnderstand and follow plant safety rules including
safe lifting practices and safe machine operation.Personal
Protective Equipment is to be used where requiredRegular and

Qualifications:4 Years – Experience in Field or similar maintenance
environment4 Years – Experience in Position4 Years – Experience
managing people/projectsexperience may include a combination of
work experience and educationDemonstrated ability to communicate
effectively and resolve issues across multiple departmentsBasic
experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookEffective
communication of issues and solutions to cross-functional team
membersAbility to read and interpret schematics: electrical,
hydraulic, and pneumaticSkilled in the use of shop equipment such
as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press,
mill and lathe, and assorted power toolsProficient skills with
precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators,
bore gauges, and depth gaugesWillingness to be a technical leader
and trainer within a specific area of plant or machine centerWill
need own toolbox and basic toolsPreferred Qualifications:6 Years–
Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment6 Years –
Experience working in Position6 Years – Experience managing
people/projectsexperience may include a combination of work
experience and educationExperience in high-speed manufacturing,
bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industriesExperience
with the following technologies:Variable frequency drive (VFD),
servo drives, and servo motorRotary equipment such as rotary press
or fillerThermodynamics, heat transfer, or plastics
processingKrones, Sidel, or Husky equipment HVAC including chillers
and/or air compressorsExperience working with electrical, hydraulic
and pneumatic schematics for troubleshootingSkilled in fabrication
capabilities such as cutting and welding (mig, tig or stick)Skilled
working with electrical systems including 480VAC & 24VDC
powerAbility to read and interpret schematics for process and
instrumentation diagramsSkilled in the repair of variable frequency
drives, servo motors and controllers, communication systems
(asi-bus, can-bus, profi-bus, ethernet), PLC input/output cards,
