Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center - Burlington WI - FacebookAs a RN you will work alongside our amazing Director of Nursing Brigid and our Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents: administrating medication and monitoring the resident's vitals, provide wound care or other duties directed by the Director of Nursing.
