Fabrication Floater - 2nd ShiftWe are looking for a motivated and reliable Fabrication Floater for our 2nd Shift in Kenosha, WI. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our fabrication team has all the necessary materials and tools to keep production running smoothly. You'll assist with maintaining the shipping dock, loading and unloading raw materials, and staging parts. Take the next step in your career with us!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures fabrication personnel has all the necessary material/parts/tools required to perform their operations without interruption.Assisting in maintaining the shipping dock, loading/unloading raw material to and from the cassette rack, and staging parts for the operators.Notifies lead/supervisor when raw material is not stocked appropriately or unsafely. Ensures fabrication personnel has all the necessary material/parts/tools required to perform their operations without interruption. Position Requirements:Ability to lift to 100 pounds (assisted infrequently).Frequent standing, walking, and bending required.Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision.Ability to read blueprints and job requirements.Ability to operate fabrication equipment including, Laser, saw, press brake, ring roller, lift trucks, power hoists, etc. (all training and licensing will be provided)Experience in manufacturing or related fields preferred.This Client who we are staffing for participates in the E-Verify program.
