Job Description:

Press Brake Setup/Operator Ready to take your experience as a skilled Press Brake Operator someplace new? In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of assigned fabrication machines to form parts from cold-rolled, stainless steel, and aluminum, in accordance with manufacturing procedures and scheduling requirements. Job Responsibilities:Form parts from cold-rolled, stainless steel, and aluminum, following manufacturing procedures and scheduling requirements.Setup and operate Amada Press Brakes (RG, HFB, HDS, and FBD) and Safan machines.Select, load, and install correct tooling; maintain tool inventory by keeping tools clean and orderly.Work from live schedules, verbal and written instructions, bills of material, routing, samples, blueprints, and control plans.Perform quality inspections of parts to ensure products exceed customer expectations.Assist in the efficient flow of raw materials routed to the track and downstream processes of parts; Utilize space efficiently.Qualifications/Required Skills:2+ years of Press Brake setup and operating experience, preferably with Amada HFB-FBD equipment or Safan.Previous metal fabrication background.Competence in dimensional measuring and shop math.Ability to read and understand blueprints.High caliber of quality control; strong skills in observing/inspecting own work.Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.This Client who we are staffing for participates in the E-Verify program.
