Quality Inspector - 2nd ShiftAre you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring the highest standards of quality? As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence. You'll be responsible for examining raw materials, finished goods, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and quality standards. Your keen eye for detail and technical expertise will be essential in maintaining our reputation for top-notch products.Responsibilities:Perform technical inspections/measurements using precision equipment.Conduct first piece-part layout and tooling checks.Identify and document non-conforming materials or parts.Maintain inspection records and coordinate inspection activities.Lift and move up to 75 pounds occasionally, with assistance for up to 150 pounds.Perform frequent physical tasks such as standing, walking, and kneeling.Work at heights up to 25 feet.Requirements:Ability to read blueprints and material specifications.Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.Working knowledge of radiator manufacturing and occupational hazards.Strong communication and organizational skills.Experience in CMM programming and quality control in manufacturing.This Client who we are staffing for participates in the E-Verify program.
