SOLUTION LEAD - INFORMATION SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGY (MARINE GROUP)

This role is part of the Solutions Management group within BRP's Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization. This group consists of functional and technical experts across multiple application portfolios, providing technical and solution expertise in delivery, continuous improvement, and sustainment of business technology investments. We are looking for bright, passionate and collaborative individuals who are excited to be part of BRP's exciting growth journey.

Candidates should have in-depth functional and technical knowledge of Infor's ERP CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and related products (Enterprise Quote (EQ), Configure Price Quote(CPQ)), as well as an understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes (especially in Marine, powersports, or similar industries).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Marine's Infor Solutions

Provide in-depth functional and technical knowledge of Infor Solutions (CSI, CPQ, EQ, CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine))

Work closely with the extended solution delivery team to ensure the solutions meet current and future functional & technical business needs

Develop collaborative working relationships with key business partners, consultants, solution architects, technology & business teams

Ensure that the platform complies with cybersecurity standards

Ensure operational support is implemented and sustained.

Ensure best practices are in place that effectively support application governance and continuity.

Acquire & share knowledge of emerging business needs, technology and solutions to help improve BRP business operations

Support and optimize organizational change management and technical change control functions

Develop and position your team and BRP for long term success and growth

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business technology management, or other relevant subject areas

5+ years' experience in Infor Solutions (CSI, CPQ, EQ, CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine))

Experience in application life-cycle management

Experience in manufacturing operations and business processes (especially in Marine, powersports, or similar industries is a plus).

Strong teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills

A desire to learn, develop and support business operations with new technology and solutions

Strong communication & collaboration skills, capable of building relationships across multiple levels of IT, solution partners, and business operations

The ability and desire to do what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and have fun
