Division Description

Position Overview

Responsible for activities outlined below within the Customer Service group to improve processes and procedures resulting in an increase in speed to market.


  • Coordinates day-to-day processes in regard to order entry, estimating, and spec creation.
  • Coordinates and maintains key/strategic assigned house accounts under the direction of the Customer Service & Design Manager or Sales Manager.
  • Manages and coordinates bids through the organization under the direction of the Customer Service & Design Manager or Sales Manager.
  • Achieves cost savings quota within the department.
  • Develops long-term sustainable relationships with customers.
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards for the office.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Compile customer reports and analyze on direction from
  • Mentor, and develop customer service representatives while creating a work-friendly team environment.
  • Coordinate workload and workflow appropriately between all customer service representatives.
  • Attends daily scheduling meetings to be able to inform customers of any issues
  • Monitors inventory and warehouse items for all customers, reducing our aged inventory.
  • Involved in the AR issues when they arise to achieve quick satisfaction.
  • Ensures dept. adheres to all company policies and procedures.
  • Compiles with Green Bay Packaging - Midland Division policies and procedures.
  • Addition responsibilities assigned by management.


    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners.
    • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Ability to successfully work to reach company goals in an environment in which a wide degree of creativity and latitude is required of this position.
    • Knowledge of our product and processes.Education/Experience
      • Four-year college degree.Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following:
        • Prior work experience in the corrugated industry.
        • 5-7 years of customer service and/or sales experience.The position may require regional travel.
