Job Description:
PSG/CIP is a multi-service community-based social services
organization that fulfills its mission of helping individuals and
families to achieve their greatest potential through dynamic, cost
effective and innovative programming responsive to the needs of
diverse communities.JOB SUMMARY:The High School Liaison provides
services to high school youth who are at-risk for truancy, academic
failure, delinquency, gang involvement, and alcohol and drug abuse.
Responsibilities include: interviewing and evaluating clients;
conducting client checks (both at school and within client homes);
transporting clients; determining services to help the client as
well as formulating, implementing client treatment plans.Salary:
$18.00 per hourOFFICE LOCATION: Position is based in Kenosha, WI
and works primarily at assigned school location, however will also
spend time out in the community. Hours are typically Monday-Friday
during school hours with occasional evening and weekend hours to

RESPONSIBILITIES:Formulate, implement, evaluate and review
individual client treatment plans.Exercise judgment to intervene as
an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations.Monitor
client behavior and school achievement by conducting in-school
checks on a daily basis.Organize and facilitate structured group,
individual and/or family education/treatment, and/or recreational
activities three to four times a week.Update parents/guardians on
client progress and provide problem-solving interactions.Provide
supervision and support to youth placed in the Summer Youth
Employment Program.Attend court hearings with client and family as
needed.Safely transport clients as needed.Must have reliable
transportation on a daily basis, a valid driver's license, and
automobile insurance.Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology,
Criminal Justice, or other related field.Equal Employment
