PSG/CIP is a multi-service community-based social services organization that fulfills its mission of helping individuals and families to achieve their greatest potential through dynamic, cost effective and innovative programming responsive to the needs of diverse communities.JOB SUMMARY:The Bridges program provides services to students who have been expelled from their regular school and who have received approval to attend the Bridges Program. This program is intended to be a short-term interim placement for struggling students who need more one-on-one attention in order to plan for graduation and career preparation.Salary: $18.00 an hourPlus $2000 sign-on bonus!OFFICE LOCATION: Position is based in Kenosha, WI. Report these findings to parents and other providers.Analyze client situations, capabilities, and problems to determine services required to meet clients' treatment needs.Formulate, implement, evaluate, and review individual client's Plans of Care.Organize and facilitate structured group, individual, and/or family activities.Organize and facilitate Community Service Work hours and Service Learning Projects on a weekly basis.Exercise judgment to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations.Safely transport clients as needed.Equal Employment Opportunity/M/F/disability/protected veteran status
