PSG/CIP is a multi-service community-based social services organization that fulfills its mission of helping individuals and families to achieve their greatest potential through dynamic, cost effective and innovative programming responsive to the needs of diverse communities.JOB SUMMARY:The Relicensing and Foster Parent Training Specialist is responsible for conducting re-licensing studies for current foster homes. Additionally, this position trains and prepares foster parents to successfully foster the children in their care. This position works within the Resource Development (RD) Program, which assists with the recruitment and retention of foster parents and child care providers for the Kenosha County Division of Social Services. Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or another related field preferred. Must have reliable transportation on a daily basis, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
