Position Responsibilities - Design and prototype complex internal Web applications. Collaborate with solution analysts, end-users, developers, and architects to identify business requirements. Communicate and present design concepts to team members. Adhere to UX and framework design standards. Work with the UX and development teams in creating and documenting new design standards. Work with the UX team to make design and process improvements. Perform user research and usability testing. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, human computer interaction, graphic design or related field. 3+ years' experience designing for desktop, mobile or web applications. 3+ years' experience using prototyping tools (Figma preferred, Sketch or Axure acceptable). 1 - 2 years' experience in user research and analysis, usability testing and consumer insights gathering. 1 - 2 years' experience with the Agile project methodology. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be well organized and detail-oriented. Ability to operate, multi-task and troubleshoot in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
