As a Customer Insights Specialist, you will own the analysis for a
category of customer satisfaction survey data captured across the
customer journey, which in turn you will use to define and suggest
improvement actions that drive customer satisfaction.
Support quantitative and qualitative research to support customer
experience improvement
Suggest improvements in survey development, system integrations and
data collection methods
Key point of contact for all customer satisfaction initiatives
within your scope
Provide analytical support for customer experience process
improvement efforts
Perform statistical analysis and visualization techniques to
provide data driven insights and actionable recommendations
Present findings and recommendations accurately and succinctly with
clear takeaways
Consult on all research projects regarding the customer to ensure
that research plan and design meet business objectives
Drive analysis of insights and build action-oriented reporting that
drives improvement endeavors
Work with the brands and businesses to recommend and develop action
plans to increase customer satisfaction
Synthesize data to create regional action plans across brands and
functions to improve customer experience and NPS.
Statistical analysis providing data driven insights, leading to
actionable recommendations to influence customer satisfaction.
Present to senior management
Work with customer insight platforms such as Qualtrics & Medallia
and statistical analysis software (SPSS).
Use data visualization platforms (Tableau, Qlik) & data analytic
tools (Excel, SQL, Python)
Other projects as assigned by the manager
This position pays: $90,000 - $137,000 (Actual salaries will vary
and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and
qualification for the role.)
Bachelor's Degree (Quantitative field preferred - Mathematics,
Statistics, Economics, etc.) or Associate's degree with 3+
additional years' work experience in developing and optimizing
customer experience surveys and performing customer analytics
10+ years' work experience in developing and optimizing customer
experience surveys and performing customer analytics
