JOB SUMMARY:The Supervisor directs and monitors all aspects of service provided by the TIME and Bridges Programs. Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that services are being administered in accordance with contracts.SALARY: $52,000-55,000 WHY WORK FOR PSG/CIP?

  • Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and discipline program staff.
  • Carry out objectives set by management.
  • Monitor and be accountable for program budgets.
  • Attend supervisors meetings and convey pertinent information to staff.
  • Set and monitor employee caseloads.
  • Prepare required reports and all other program documentation accurately and on time.
  • Act as a resource for workers in emergency and crisis situations.
  • Advise Coordinator and/or COO of crisis situations.
  • Provide all of the Essential Functions of a Youth Worker.
  • Ensure quality assurance through file reviews.
  • Ensure that company policies are followed at all times by employees.
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings.
  • Serve on committees and provide trainings as assigned. Requirements:
    • Must have a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other related field.
    • Must be CPR certified.
    • Two years of previous experience working with at-risk youth and families with multiple issues required.
