Responsibilities:Administers an initial assessment for potential clients of ABA services and re-evaluates clients yearly for continued serviceCollaborates with interdisciplinary team on effective strategies for consumers, including life consultants, family/guardians, day program and CILA staff, and team leadersDevelops behavior plans and present the proposed programs to the Behavior Enrichment and Human Rights CommitteesDevelops client adaptive goals for the agency, home, and community settings to be implemented by day programming and CILA staffMonitors management of data collection by staff, including educating staff on appropriate data collection techniquesSchedules and conducts monthly behavior meetings with life consultants to discuss progress, program implementation, and collaboration with family/guardiansMeets regularly with Director of Clinical Services to discuss behavior plan implementation and issues implementing consumer's progressRespond to new referrals for ABA services in a timely and appropriate mannerMaintain individual paper and electronic records according to DHS, accreditation and agency standardsTrain staff on behavior program to ensure competency in adaptive program goals and reflective strategiesEvaluates effectiveness of the behavioral intervention plan by means of direct observations and analyzing data and making necessary adjustments to optimize progressEnsure timely and accurate completion of all required documentationRespond to behavioral crisis situations, as neededPromote individual rights and ensure individuals are informed of their rightsPromote and provide support to individuals in making healthy lifestyle choicesCompletes required training timely and obtains required continuing education units every two yearsCooperation with compliance and quality improvement initiatives and protocolsMeet required monthly billing goalsFacilitates social skill development groups as neededAdditional duties as assignedQualificationsQualifications: Master's in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, or related field- requiredBoard Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification-requiredValid driver's license-requiredAbility to work flexible hours including evenings-requiredMinimum of 1-year experience supporting persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferredBasic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelStrong oral and written communication skillsFull Time Benefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceVacation daysSick dayPersonal days13 Holidays403(B) Retirement PlanDisability InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Aspire provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
