The Sr. Manager - Distribution Center holds a key role in order
execution, inventory management, and logistics related to Power
Equipment, Production Materials, and Part & Accessories. They are
responsible for the following tasks and responsibilities:
The Day to Day...
Provide leadership and direction to a team of distribution
center associates including determining job assignments, defining
expectations, coaching, managing performance, and supporting
Champion workplace safety practices and employee engagement in

resolution of issues and discrepancies with internal and external
Partner with 3rd party logistics and transportation partners on
truck schedules, capacity, and equipment needs to achieve daily
shipping plans safely and efficiently.

resources for tier 1 quality checks based on visual inspections,
verifications, measurements, etc.
- Assist in the development of long-term plans for the
distribution center. This includes such things as expansion,
layout, capital improvements, major maintenance expenditures,
stocking levels, distribution locations, third party shipping,

Sr. Manager - Distribution Center should possess technical
