Job Description Job Description Paralegal - Chicago, IL If you

Paralegal opportunity in Chicago is a great fit. In this role,
you'll work directly with our client's General Counsel to prepare
essential legal documents, conduct actionable legal research, and
keep key matters moving efficiently. Must-Haves: Draft and prepare
legal documents, including routine pleadings, motions, affidavits,
and interrogatories File pleadings and motions in accordance with
established court procedures Research and analyze statutes,
regulations, legal articles, and judicial decisions; prepare
written summaries as needed Organize, maintain, and retrieve case
materials such as evidence, exhibits, depositions, and pleadings
Assist with legal projects and perform additional duties as
assigned Qualifications Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or
related field Paralegal certificate Strong understanding of legal
terminology, research methods, and court processes Exceptional
organization, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to manage
deadlines and work efficiently under pressure Ability to maintain
confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Compensation $70,000 -
$110,000 , depending on experience. Benefits Benefit offerings

individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave,

criteria. Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year Search
