Job Description:

business? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Special Projects
Lead with strong business acumen and high bar to join the AWS
Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team. 3PX was
conceived from the belief that many current and future AWS
customers can realize more value from cloud by deepening their
relationships with the AWS Private Pricing Program, and this role
will help drive the growth and scale of Private Pricing through
cross-functional and highly-visible initiatives. In role, you will
drive growth of the Private Pricing Program by defining and
delivering against strategies that transform how customers
discover, engage with and choose Private Pricing in order to
benefit from its value proposition. To do so, you will partner with
stakeholder teams across AWS to assert your vision, drive consensus
and bring your vision to life. Through this work, you will drive a
deeper relationship with our customers and enrich our understanding
of their needs. You will also help increase the size of the Private
Pricing customer base which, in turn, will fuel AWS growth. In
addition, you will help scale the Private Pricing Program by
driving improvements to the customer experience to minimize
friction and improve business outcomes for both the customer and
AWS. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and is energized by
the opportunity to chart their own path forward. They have high
judgment and excel at calibrating to the needs of each situation,
including balancing standards vs. delivery. They are self-driven
and innately curious. They also have a high bar for delivery and
experienced in working directly with senior leadership. Key job

choose the AWS Private Pricing Program •. Continuously inspect and
learn from metrics and anecdotes, and run experiments to get to
learnings and insights quickly in order to continuously improve •
Ruthlessly (re)prioritize based on quick learnings and optimize
efforts and resources for impact on an ongoing basis • Manage
stakeholders and senior leadership to propose ideas, gain alignment
and report on progress About the team 3PX is part of the Global
Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) organization, responsible for the
AWS Private Pricing Program, designed to offer AWS Customers access
to commercial benefits in exchange for multi-year spend
commitments. This program offers enterprise customers the
opportunity to accelerate their cloud transformation journeys
through multi-year cloud commitments with AWS, in exchange for
commercial value through pricing, access to services, and
opportunities to innovate with AWS. At AWS, the Global Deal
Strategy and Programs (GDSP) team drives cloud adoption and
business growth through innovative pricing strategies. The
organization comprises two specialized teams: Strategic Customer
Engagements, which guide transformative deals with industry
leaders, and Private Pricing Programs & Experiences, which scales
and optimizes pricing solutions across our diverse customer base.

hone your strategic thinking, and directly impact AWS's market

Consulting experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience in
English-language communication skills, both written and verbal -
Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through
strong problem solving abilities - Experience working with
fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative
solutions tailored to unique business environments - Knowledge of
UX and/or CX design and usability - Experience developing
successful marketing or communications campaigns - Experience

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
