timely delivery of commitments. Utilize data analytics to monitor

commitments. Build, lead, and manage diverse teams, fostering an

objectives. Engage with senior management and stakeholders,

resolve any arising issues. Required qualifications, capabilities,
and skills Proven ability to lead and manage complex programs or
projects, delivering results across various business units,
typically demonstrated through 7 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to
interpret models, make inferences from data, and provide continuous
insight for program execution. Proven experience in conflict
management, with the ability to identify conflicts, facilitate
discussions, and create win-win solutions using collaboration or
negotiation strategies. Advanced computer literacy, with the
ability to effectively use technology to perform tasks, solve
problems, and communicate in a professional setting. Strategic and
data-driven thinking, with the ability to evaluate scenarios and
shape priorities. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and
skills Integrate artificial intelligence solutions to enhance
