Job Description:

Putzmeister is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Project Manager to lead our construction and mining equipment projects. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in managing complex projects that involve the design, manufacturing, and deployment of our specialized machinery. As the bridge between our engineering teams and global clients, the successful candidate will ensure that projects meet all technical specifications, budgetary constraints, and timeline requirements. Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short and long-term projects. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Proven ability to use project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMBOK) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software Familiarity with CAD software and understanding of engineering blueprints and schematics Ability to lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification beneficial
