Job Description:
Summary: Contributing to the smooth operations of the
organization, and reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the
Receptionist/HR Administrator will provide a full range of
transactional support to the HR team. The ideal candidate will also
provide general administrative support to other departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Human Resources
Department
- Greet visitors and operate the switchboard
- Sort and deliver all incoming mail and process outgoing
mail
- Manage attendance calls, occurrences, and corrective actions
for the entire facility
- Upload communication to monitors, send communications via email
(birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update onboarding folders
- Assign lockers to new hires and maintain the locker assignment
spreadsheet
- Manage the uniform program
- Make employee badges
- Process all payable and receivable HR invoices
- Process safety shoe and safety glasses reimbursement for all
employees
- Order Supplies
- Maintain employee files
- Special projects Sales and Sales Administration Department
- Schedule machine permits
- Schedule and coordinate hotel accommodations for vendors and
customers as needed Finance Department
- As the Concur Administrator, act as the first tier contact for
Concur support:
- Assist with Concur questions via the PMA direct contact phone
number
- Set up new employees with Concur accountsOperations
- Administer operations Metrics packages for the Production
Supervisors
- Maintain training records for employees Facilities
- Data entry as may be required to support regulatory compliance
for various permits, licenses, and environmental reports
- Scan and archive facilities documents Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs that include but are
not limited to: MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge and experience of ADP and SAP is desirable
- Must have highly developed organizational skills including the
ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and
meet customer needs
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills and
the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and
with contractors.

- Maintain confidentiality Education/Certification/Training:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience is preferred Physical
Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and use hands to
finger, handle or touch; frequently required to push and pull.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close,
peripheral, and the ability to focus. Work environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a
typical office environment; occasionally exposed to noise, dust,
and chemicals.
- Safety glasses/goggles must be worn at all times while in
designated areas of shop. The physical demands described here are
