Recruiting
--- Conduct recruitment effort for all personnel and temporary
employees; conduct new employee orientations; write and place
advertisements.
--- Point of contact for job candidates, job seekers, and
recruiting agencies
--- Prescreens
--- Coordinate candidate interview process (set up interviews,
agenda, travel, candidate reimbursement, check requests)
--- Arrange/coordinate relocation details (housing/corporate
apartments, liaison for new hire, accounting)
--- Coordinate new hire paperwork process (background/references
checks, drug screens, payroll forms, manager forms, creation of new
hire packet)
Maintain Employee Data
--- Maintain employee information by compiling, verifying, updating
and entering employment and status change data; maintain the HRIS
system and employee file
--- Maintain job descriptions
Communications
--- Ensure communication between management and employees is
consistent and communicated in a way the employees can
understand.
--- Develop the employee newsletter and distribute monthly.
Employee Relations
--- Monitor employee relations and make recommendations for work
place improvements.
--- Conduct employee investigations and report findings
--- Assist with planning of company events and ensuring
communication to employees Qualifications Education Preferred
Bachelors or better in Human Services or related field. Experience
Required 3-5 years: Human Resources field Equal Opportunity
