Job Description Job Description We are looking for our next
Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. This individual will
help create, cultivate, and promote a high-quality wellness
environment for our guests. They will provide the Tavoos Spa
standard of services for massage and body treatments. Maintain a
70% prebook rate with your clients and grow our Massage services by
35% by the end of 2026. Outcome: -Grow revenue Specifically coming
from Massage services from $7,000 to $12,000 per month by the 6
month mark. -Provide consistent communication with our guests to
identify their needs and set expectations throughout the treatment.
-Follows all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before,
during and after services; always ensuring board compliance.
-Cultivates new client relationships and ensures retention of new
and existing guests through high standards of service, courteous
and attentiveness. -Proactively develops new clientele through
delivering exceptional service, rebooking, referrals, and
promotion. - Write detailed client notes after service is finished
