Job DescriptionHonda of Kenosha is seeking a detail minded
individual to help with a variety of administrative tasks and
warmly greeting and directing our customers. Computer expertise and
ability to interact with our customers is key.
The right individual will interact primarily with our customers but
also with other Managers, Sales staff, Accounting Office Personnel
and Service staff.
WORK WEEK:Part time : Hours will vary but may be required to
workMon. OFFTue. OFFWed. OFFThur. 11AM TO CLOSE (cashiering)Fri.
11AM TO CLOSE (cashiering)Sat. 8AM TO CLOSE (RECEPTION)Sun. OFFThe
individual hired will need to be available to periodically work
beyond scheduled hours to complete work.
DESIRED SKILLS:--Professional appearance, demeanor, and
professional communication skills (verbal and written) are
required! -- In this position you are responsible for interacting
with many customers, management, and other employees, and you are
the face of the dealership to customers entering the showroom--
Must be flexible and able to work and complete tasks independently
and on time.--Highly organized, detailed, resourceful,
efficient--Able to prioritize and follow through with all
tasks--Able to organize offices, files, etc.--Excellent verbal
communication and written English--Excellent customer service
skills--Answering phones, faxing, filing, use of spreadsheets,
other data-related tasks, report preparation, communication with
clients and vendors--Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft
