Summary The Customer Service Associate handles
receiving,investigating, and responding to all customer inquiries
via telephone or emailin a professional and helpful manner.
Essential Functions Ø Answer inbound telephone requests (or email
asdirected) for assisting with service, product knowledge and other
relatedinquiries from customers Ø Perform outbound calls (Vendors,
ServiceProviders, Grand Appliance & TV stores) as follow-up to
serve customerneeds Ø Maintain positive demeanor
withinternal/external customers and assist in resolving various
issues or concerns,including prescreening and scheduling service
calls Ø Research service history Ø Approve return authorizations,
issue credits fordamage and refunds for canceled orders Ø Keep
workspace neat, organized, and free ofdebris Ø Complete all job
assignments efficiently andeffectively Requirements: Ø Must have a
high school diploma or GED. Ø Must be detail oriented, organized,
andproactive. Ø Excellent communication skills includinggrammar,
voice, and diction. Ø Excellent customer service skills
(friendly,courteous, and helpful). Ø Ability to read and interpret
documents such asoperating and maintenance instructions and
procedure manuals. Ø Basic computer and keyboard skills; MS
Officeknowledge a plus. Ø Ability to work in a fast paced,
high-stressenvironment. Ø Must be extremely reliable and have
excellenttime management skills. Ø Bilingual (English- Spanish) a
plus. Ø Ability to stay calm when customers are stressedor upset.
