Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Clinical Lead
Specialty for our Emergency Department to join our faith-based
healthcare organization. In this vital role, the RN Clinical Lead
will oversee the emergency room nursing staff and ensure that the
highest level of care is delivered to our patients in a
compassionate and timely manner. You will be a pivotal leader in
our mission of transforming healthcare by integrating innovation
with personalized, compassionate care. Provide clinical leadership
and direction to nursing staff in the Emergency Department. Ensure
effective patient flow and high standards of patient care.
Coordinate emergency nursing activities with other professional
disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and
achievement of desired patient outcomes. Evaluate patient care
needs, prioritize treatment, and maintain patient flow. Participate
in the development and implementation of nursing practices,
protocols, and standards aligned with current medical and nursing
research. Act as a mentor and coach to nursing staff, fostering a
professional and educational environment. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to enhance the quality of patient care
services and the achievement of organizational goals. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Highly skilled in emergency care and life
support protocols. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a
fast-paced environment. Proficient in using medical software and
electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license valid in the state of employment. Certification in Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Certification in Pediatric Advanced
Life Support (PALS).
