Scheduling & Workload: Shift Lengths: 12-hour shifts 7a-7p No overnight call Annual Clinical Hours Expectations: 1956 hours/ 13-14 shifts per month Shift Distribution: One daytime Intensivist in-house, night coverage supported by Hospitalists and the TeleICU.
