Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Madison, Wisconsin,
53702! The Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN)
provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients who require
continuous cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical interventions.
The RN assesses patient conditions, monitors vital signs and
telemetry rhythms, administers medications, collaborates with
physicians and the healthcare team, and ensures the delivery of
