Current and valid CBRF certification. Experience in assisted living care is preferred. Basic computer knowledge. Knowledge of DHS 83, state, and federal regulations related to long-term care preferred. What you'll do as an Assisted Living LPN: Safely provide medications and treatments per physician orders and organizational policies. Maintain accurate records, observe resident conditions, and report changes to the care team, including collaboration on Individualized Service Plans (ISPs). Assist with admissions, provide direct care, and support care programs such as bowel/bladder, skin integrity, and pain management, ensuring care plans are followed. Work closely with the interdisciplinary team and oversee CNA responsibilities in care program areas to ensure quality resident care.
