comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological,
psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and
lifestyle factors of patients. - Develop and implement
individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of
care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary. -
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely,
following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for
adverse reactions. - Educate patients and families about health
conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to
promote understanding and compliance. - Collaborate with medical
staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient
care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Stress Testing
Office Site. The hours will be 0700-1530 with some flex to
0800-1630. This position will require the nurse to travel between
site 2 days a week. They will primarily be at the Hinsdale site,
and they will need to go to our Woodridge site 2 days a week
