be considered. A Registered Nurse (RN) with specialized operating
room experience is needed for a contract position in Madison, WI.
This opportunity involves working in a high-acuity surgical
environment with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient and
safe patient care throughout perioperative phases. Key
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with surgical team members to plan
and deliver patient care tailored to the complexity of each case -
Coordinate operating room activities to promote timely surgical
case flow and effective turnover between procedures - Implement
established policies, procedures, and standards to maintain safe
and competent care for patients and families - Adapt to multiple
unit assignments or locations within the healthcare system as
staffing needs evolve - Provide coverage for day and evening shifts
with weekend call responsibilities Qualifications and Experience: -
Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience completed
within the last three years - Valid Wisconsin nursing license or a
compact license recognized by Wisconsin as per permanent residence
- Current BLS and ACLS certification issued by the American Heart
Association - Proficient with specialized surgical equipment and
microscopes relevant to ENT, plastic surgery, and ophthalmologic
procedures is preferred Schedule: - 12-hour shifts, Monday through
Friday, 09:40 AM to 10:10 PM with weekend call Location
