Position Summary: We are seeking an entry-level Valve Tester I to join our Testing Department. This role is responsible for testing valves using various methods to ensure that final products meet our quality and performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Test completed valves according to the Test Control Plan (TCP) Assist with computer and machine setup Complete daily worksheets and maintain accurate records Separate passed and failed valves Maintain a clean and safe work environment Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Some manufacturing experience preferred Intermediate computer skills Knowledge of hand tools (air machine, wrench, expander gun) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Good written and verbal communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift 35–50 lbs repetitively Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels PPE required: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes Company Description About Chase Technical: CHASE Staffing, formerly CHASE Professionals, is a US-based staffing firm with 20 branch locations and over 10,000 jobs filled in 2021.
