Schedule: /n Part-time, 60% FTE day shift. Monday – Friday between
the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, some 7:30am start times and 5:30pm
end times. No weekends. Hours may vary based on the operational
needs of the department. /n Pay: /n External hires may be eligible
for up to a $2100.00 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). /n Be

seeking an Ophthalmic Assistant (Optometric Tech, COA, CPOT) to: /n
/n - Perform visual testing in both preventative and specialty eye
care. /n - Provide a safe and comforting atmosphere for eye care
patients of all ages. /n - Work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications/n/n/n /n /n - High School Diploma or equivalent
Required /n - Completed an accredited Ophthalmic/Optometric
program, Certified Medical Assistant program, or Licensed Practical
Nurse program Preferred /n /n /n /n Work Experience/n /n /n /n - 6
months of customer service experience Required /n - 1 year of
experience as a Certified Ophthalmic/Optometric Assistant or Tech,
Certified Medical Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse Preferred
/n /n /n /n Licenses & Certifications/n /n /n /n - COA, COT, CPOT,
or CPOA certifications within 1-1/2 Yrs Required /n - CPR
certification within 90 Days Required /n - If LPN, licensed in the
state employed Preferred /n - If MA, Certified Medical Assistant
