Job Description Job Description The Shipping Clerk supports daily shipping and logistics operations by preparing outgoing shipments, verifying documentation, and coordinating freight. Responsibilities Prepare shipments and verify packing slips and bills of lading Coordinate with carriers for pickups Enter shipping data into systems accurately Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage Maintain shipping records and documentation Requirements Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred Strong data entry and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must pass a measurement test (fractions, decimals, and conversions) Basic computer skills Pre-Employment Screening: Drug screening and background checks are required.
