travel nursing job in Janesville, Wisconsin. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Skilled Nursing - Discipline: RN - Start
Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 12 weeks - 35 hours per week - Shift:
12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description: We are
seeking an experienced RN for our Skilled Nursing units. The
candidate must have a current WI and IL License and CPR. Traveler
may be asked to float to other in-patient units or facilities due
to census. We have a Care Center located in Harvard, Illinois, so
both WI and IL license is required. - Will rotate scheduling
between weekday and weekend shifts. - 0.9 FTE day shift 0630-1900
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Utilizes the nursing
process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in
caring for patients. - Administers prescribed medications and
treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies
and procedures, standards of care, and State laws/practice act. -
Documents according to standards of care. - Develops, initiates,
and executes a patient plan of care according to the individualized
needs of the patient, as prescribed by Physician and/or hospital
policy including patient and family instruction. - Participates in
department or unit performance improvement activities, may include
shared governance. - Utilizes clinical expertise & guidance to
other units/departments in support of the patient’s longitudinal
plan of care. - Utilizes critical thinking in regards to patient
safety and patient experience and appropriately escalates to the
